1. Who Is Eligible for a Refund?
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased a Facebookyol subscription (Starter, Pro, Business, or Enterprise) for the first time
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your purchase date
- You did not violate our Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities
- Your account was not used for spam, phishing, harassment, or illegal activity
- Your payment method is valid and the transaction was legitimate
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following purchases are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Free plan (no charges apply)
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Renewals after the initial purchase (annual plans renew automatically)
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating Terms of Service
- Accounts used for spam or prohibited activities
- Requests from users with multiple accounts or abusive patterns
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 7 days of purchase:

- Include your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 2-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-15 business days
Check your bank statement or payment provider account. If you don't see the refund after 10 days, contact refund@facebookyol.com.
5. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:
- Your account was used to violate our Terms of Service
- You violated Facebook's or Meta's policies
- Your account was flagged for fraud, spam, or abuse
- You repeatedly request refunds without legitimate reason (pattern abuse)
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase
6. After the 7-Day Period
If you wish to cancel your subscription after 7 days:
- You may cancel anytime in your account settings
- Your access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refund is issued for unused time
- If you've already paid for your next billing cycle, it will be cancelled
7. Upgrading or Downgrading Plans
If you upgrade to a higher tier plan, we charge the difference immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle with no refund for the difference. Refund requests for plan upgrades must be made within 7 days of the upgrade.
8. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and include a 17% discount. The 7-day refund guarantee applies to annual plans as well. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for annual subscriptions even if you cancel early. You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the year.
